Henry's Olives

Henry’s Olives are organically grown by Greg Gebhart in Orland, California. In Late summer the olives are picked and transported to Henry’s Olives where they enter the curing phase.


In the beginning there were two varieties of Henry’s Olives. Henry’s Olives now produces over 15 varieties of cured olives, from salt-cured blacks to spanish style red pepper sevillanos and everything in between. New mixes are always in the works and are often inspired by local produce and mediterranean travels. Varieties vary with season and availability of ingredients.
